What can be more inspiring than God’s creation!! He truly is the greatest artist. If I can capture a small, miniscule portion of the beauty he has given us then I am beyond happy.

Two things I love about creating. First, my Daddy and I get to work together on so many projects. That alone is worth it all. I believe I got my creative and entrepreneurial spirit from him. I also had an Aunt Nell who was crafty before it was cool. My favorite place to go as a child was to her house. She was always creating something and most often using items from the woods that surrounded her home. My Dad says I am a lot like her and even though she left this world way too early I always think how proud she would be that I became an artist.
My work is influenced by the vibrant colors and textures of nature, as well as the emotions and experiences that we all share. I strive to create pieces that are both visually stunning and emotionally impactful.

If you give a girl a camera, she's going to take some photos. Then she will want to build a frame. She will get her Daddy to help her. Then she goes through his hardware and uses found items to create mixed media pieces. Next she decides to add some paint. Then she asks for a paintbrush and takes a class online. She decides to paint some “she art girls”. Girls need flowers so she paints some of those as well. She needs to sell her creations so she starts a business. She goes to art shows. Now she builds a website. But to do that she is going to need some photos, so she grabs her camera.
